Connecting brands to people. A month of content, planned, made, approved, posted and talked about.

Brands with something worth looking at, and no time to keep looking after it.

I want to support small and mid sized brands. You just need someone who gets that and keeps it going every week, without you having to chase. What you’re really getting isn’t posts. It’s one less thing to think about. Concepts land in your inbox in the 1st week of the month, everything’s gone out by the end of the month, and you never had to ask.

How a month runs

Four weeks, in the same order, every month.

01

Week one · Strategy

Trend and competitor research, then concepts built against your contracted post count. You get a concept deck. You approve it, or you mark it up in the deck.

02

Week two · Creative

Shooting on location or creating remotely, then editing. Every asset lands in a shared drive you keep access to, and gets linked into the content calendar.

03

Week three · Approvals

The calendar opens with the post and caption in every slot. You mark each one Approved, Amends or Comments. Amends are actioned, then you sign it off.

04

Week four · Publish

Everything queued to your accounts. Reactives held in reserve. A performance snapshot at the end of the month, and the next cycle opens.

+

All month · Ongoing

Community engagement, proactive outreach, reactives when something is worth jumping on, and me on the other end of a message.

What is included

Eight things, every month, written into the scope.

The part everyone skips

Posting is only half of it. The rest happens in the replies.

It is easy to measure the things that are easy to count, and to miss the ones that quietly change minds. A comment answered like a person wrote it, a DM that goes somewhere, a reply left on an account your customers already follow. That is real work, and it is usually the first thing to go because nobody can see it happening.

So it gets its own name, its own hours and its own report.

Inbound

Community engagement.

Outbound

Proactive engagement.

Reactives

Ready before the trend arrives, not after it has gone.

A pre-approved bank of ideas, matched to your brand rather than chased for the sake of it. Fixed number each month, forty-eight hour turnaround, built from assets we already have. It is the difference between being in a moment and posting about it a week late.

What gets reported

The quiet work, made visible.

Engagement is priced as a monthly block of hours, not as an outcome. Reach belongs to the algorithm; the work belongs to me.

Packages

Three shapes.

Essentials

The steady one

A smaller post count, the full cycle, no shoot days. For brands who have assets already and need the thinking and the rhythm.

Signature

Where most land

The full monthly cycle with shoot days built in, reactives, and engagement running alongside. This is the offer.

Full Service

Everything on

Higher volume, more shoot days, deeper engagement hours, and first access to anything new as it comes online.

Every brand is a different size and needs a different amount of work, so I quote after a conversation rather than from a list. Tell me the shape of it and I will send a rate card.

Good to know

How it all works, so we start on the same page.

Questions I get asked

How many amends do I get?

Two rounds at concept stage and two at calendar stage. It is enough to get it right and few enough that we both stay on schedule. Anything beyond that is quoted before it happens, never after.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every asset lives in a shared drive you keep access to, during the contract and after it. If we stop working together, you keep everything.

What is a reactive?

A post we jump on because something is happening now. There is a fixed number each month, drawn from a pre-approved bank, turned around in forty-eight hours and built from assets that already exist. If it needs a new shoot, we plan that one separately.

Which platforms?

Instagram and TikTok as standard. Anything else we agree in the scope of work at the start, so it is planned for rather than squeezed in.

How long is the contract?

Three months minimum, then rolling with thirty days’ notice on either side.
